High-Density Dynamic LIFO Storage
Bodor Rack Industries Push-Back Racking systems offer dynamic pallet storage on nested wheeled carts that ride along inclined structural steel rails. As a new pallet is loaded, it gently pushes back previous pallets. Ideal for high-density warehouse storage with multiple pallets per SKU.
Key Engineering Features:
- Supports 500 kg to 1,500 kg per pallet position across 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 deep configurations.
- Eliminates dedicated forklift drive-in lanes, boosting floor utilization by up to 75%.
- Heavy-duty sealed bearing steel wheels ensure smooth glide with zero pallet hang-ups.
- Certified compliant with ANSI/RMI MH16.1 and FEM 10.2.02 racking codes.
Quality Assurance Guarantees:
Robotic MIG/MAG seam welding with 100% penetration
Positive spring locking safety pins on all connectors
High-capacity seismic floor baseplates with expansion anchors
Automated 7-stage chemical wash pretreatment before powder coat
